Charli is continuing to eat very well and is now up to 30cc every three hours and she is taking it all by bottle! She is such a good little eater with a big appetite, she always seems to want more. She is now 4 lbs 11ounces. They say her target for full feedings are around 38-40cc, we are almost there! After she hits that she will stay there for a few days to make sure she is tolerating it well then they kind of let her decide how much she wants after that. For such a slow start with the feedings and the starting and stopping she is really doing so great now.
Her platelets are down to 66,000 so we will be keeping a close watch on them in the next few days. We are hoping she can make it to Thursday or Friday without having to get a transfusion. Actually I'm hoping she will start making more on her own and for the number to climb, but that probably won't happen. So for a realistic goal I just hope they don't drop too low before the end of the week.
She had her weekly head ultrasound today and we don't know the results yet since they just did it a few minutes ago. We still haven't heard anything from the one last week but I'm sticking with the no news is good news saying.

The Fed Ex House is a place for families to stay close to the hospital. It's very nice, a lot like a hotel. You have a private room with double beds, bathroom, tv, and sitting room. There are kitchens and dining rooms you can use on the first floor and washers and dryers on each floor. They also provide meals there about once a day. It's a pretty awesome deal and the best part is it is all free! We were so lucky to get a room so we aren't driving an hour back and forth and having to park in that garage and walk a mile to get here.
Since my hour drive is cut out I've had time to do things like scrapbooking and making bows. Here's one I made for my niece Olivia. It's so my style right?!
